Such an amazing experience! This is a second time for a cleaning. Melissa took great care of me — she did a thorough examination and cleaning like she always did. Usually, I’m always nervous of going to a dentist. But I’m almost fall a sleep during the cleaning. I had a root canal on my front tooth, and instead of pushing me to do a veneer or internal whitening, they clearly explained my options in detail and assured me everything looked good. I felt no pressure at all and could decide for myself whether or when to proceed with additional treatment. The doctor was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone. Melissa (sorry if I spell the name wrong) is incredibly professional, friendly, patient, and attentive to detail!

Daniel is kind and thorough. He always works extra hard to get my teeth as white as possible. Dr Sponenberg is great as well! He is very good at getting you numb so you don't feel a thing. My kids went to Sr Scott, the pediatric dentist for years and we were always happy with the care. My daughter needed two baby teeth pulled at one point. She left that day and exclaimed "That was fun!"

I moved an hour and a half away and began seeing a local, recommended dentist. It has been one bad thing after another. After 3 years I decided that the drive was well worth the service that Parkcrest provides. Dr. Ropka is professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend her and Parkcrest, in general. Lisa

Dr. Dunton and Christi took amazing care of me today! They helped me work through some dental anxiety and made me feel seen and heard. They made me comfortable and fixed my tooth the same day as my consult appointment. Thank you both for all you did for me!

Kudos to this Practice!!! First of all, they were able to see me same day as I was trying to make an appointment! Never expected that to happen! Secondly, each & every staff member I had conversations with were very courteous, friendly, interested, caring, informative, knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to be around!!! Dr Dill is the "Real Dill"! He is very focused on his patients and truly listens to what you are saying... Not pushy at all!!! My husband was seeing him today also. He has been having a problem with one of his teeth pounding for the last 6-7 years. He has seen several different dentists & a specialist. Not a one of them could figure out what was going on... Very frustrating and of course, the pain just kept on and on... Dr Dill took a 3-D xray and figured out what the problem was in about 5 minutes!!! Very Impressive!!! I know, we were very impressed!!! This practice is a "Claa Act"

Great with kids! I have brought my 3 children here for 14 years. They are so wonderful that my daughter, from age 2-13 years old, asks when her next dentist appointment is- then she is sad when it’s still months away. She loves to go to the dentist (even after having multiple cavities). We love Dr Scott for kids. They are great with adults too.

I moved to Springfield four years ago, and up until four months ago, I visited several other dentists in the area, but never felt comfortable with them. I was referred to Parkcrest by my wonderful friends here in Springfield! My friends said go see Dr. Dills, he is the best. So I took their advice, and four months ago I became a patient of Dr. Dills. As many of you know, the dental hygienist is who you spend a majority of time with. Before I moved to Springfield, I was with a dentist and hygienist for almost 20 years. Daniel Moore is the hygienist assigned to my treatment with Parkcrest. Daniel performed multiple periodontal deep cleanings treatments, which in turn I had to have multiple numbing injections each visit and Daniel my hygienist worked with the most attention to detail and perfection to help my teeth and gums back to good health. Today I saw Daniel for my three month follow up. In all my years of dental work, there has never been a dental hygienist that has ever provided the attention to detail and care as Daniel has every time I have been to this clinic!! if you're looking for the best dentist office, the best Dentist, and the most outstanding dental hygienist, I don't think I have to say anymore! Thank you Dr. Dills and Daniel Moore for the best care a dentist has ever provided to me! I'll see you all in three months!!!
